Learning how to use the platform is very intuitive; the ability to go more in depth is there should you choose it, but you can get your job done as a recruiting organization complete even without using every single customizable feature. Greenhouse is seamless and easy to use!

What do you like best? I like the interview plan capabilities. It is so nice for the recruiters to be able to create the interview plan within the platform and not have to send interview requests.
