Great and Affordable WordPress Form Option
What do you like best? The plugin comes with the ability to manage form responses natively within Wordpress. You can also customize form completion notifications to be sent to multiple people at once. What do you dislike? Not a lot to dislike here. The only thing that is tricky is that if you are using an email with the same domain as your website, then you'll need to set up a custom SMTP relay service with the form. Fortunately, Gravity forms has an add-on for that which makes ...

I've been using with pleasure for several years...
What do you like best? Simplicity, optimal form, satisfying all needs, a solution that accumulates the features of several plugins What do you dislike? Currently - absolutely nothing. In the beginning, the most problems were with CSS Ready Classes, and CSS modifications. Recommendations to others considering the product: Take and do not hesitate! At first it may look scary especially for people with little experience, but trust me - it's simpler than it looks. This tool is ...

Easy To Use Forms That Grow With Your Site
What do you like best? The ease of setting up forms are so simple. allows us to quickly and easily add to client sites. Also, the forms expand as the client has more needs, can do pricing, setup with email lists, send a custom email to clients. Nice that most of the functionality for conditional logic comes with it so you don't need to add on. I also enjoy that it is easy to see which site the license is on, so you can check out where you are using the license. Using Gravity Forms ...

Extremely flexible form builder with multiple applications and integrations
What do you like best? I have been using Gravity Forms for a few years now and I install it on almost every one of my client’s Wordpress sites. It is a very flexible form builder with lots of options that can be applied for many different purposes. The conditional statements are also very useful. It is easy to customize the appearance as well. The support team is generally very responsive and helpful. What do you dislike? As a website developer I find the plugin relatively easy to ...

Gravity Forms - Heavenly Forms Created Here On Earth
What do you like best? As a quasi-developer, but experienced visual designer, I like the add-ons available to make the form development and data processing smoother and what I imagine when designing. The GF Universe, so to speak, is complete and that's the major difference between other form design/processing apps. What do you dislike? While I have no issue with finding and installing GF compatible add-ons, some days wish it was all encapsulated in one application. That would be a ...

Easy-to-use and visually-appealing form builder that integrates well with other platforms.
What do you like best? It integrates well with many platforms, in which I use it with WordPress and HubSpot. I found it very easy to set-up my account, to build user-friendly forms and embed them throughout my website. What do you dislike? It can be a bit clunky at times and I sometimes get duplicate entries of my form in external platforms. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Connecting form submissions on my site to my CRM with ...

My go-to form builder
What do you like best? Gravity Forms makes building forms for my WordPress websites a snap. All of the functions are very straightforward. What do you dislike? The only downside is that the UI is starting to look a little dated. Recommendations to others considering the product: I would suggest using both Gravity Forms and Ninja Forms to see what you are most comfortable with. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? For the ...

The best forms for WordPress - Hands Down!
What do you like best? Gravity forms is the best form plugin for Wordpress and there isn't a close second. We've used them all, and Gravity Forms is the one we always come back to. Features, ease of use, and the robust integrations library are what really make it the best choice. We often need to connect forms to platforms such as MailChimp and Gravity Forms makes this very simple. What do you dislike? Very occassionally we'll hit a bug but even when that happens, support is on it ...
