Best WP Forms Plugin Out There
What do you like best? Flexible, Powerful, has great support and is updated regularly. What do you dislike? I have been able to integrate and use gravity forms on all my projects from simple to complex. Has plenty of add ons for expanded functionality. Haven't found a limitation or something I dislike yet. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? the benefit is the flexibility and the fact that it logs all submissions on the site so ...

Very powerful plugin, affordable hassle free pricing.
What do you like best? Gravity forms is easy to use, and is frequently updated. The plugin does a terrific job of adding forms to a website, and is easy to style specifically to your website. Features like spam honeypots and captcha help to ensure you're getting real contact data. There are many different specialized input fields such as email, and phone which format the answers and normalize the data. Gravity Forms also has awesome conditional logic, which allows you to create ...

Using Gravity forms since 2012
What do you like best? Gravity Forms is accessible for everyone, it can be used by 'simple' users but also extended and built upon by advanced developers. It can be easily explained to users and can create complex solutions and conditional logic really quick and easy. What do you dislike? The back-end interface needs an overhaul, it has been the same since 2012. I think there are many area's the UI & UX can be improved upon. Gravity Forms does not support creating (basic) forms ...

Best WP forms platform I've used
What do you like best? It's well-documented, has a ton of integrations covering most apps you'd want it to interface with and because it's open source, it's extensible. I hired an Upwork dev to create a custom add-on to Gravity Forms to be able to capture UTM params on new leads. What do you dislike? There's no real drawbacks I can speak of. I would've said "ability to do in-place updates" but they seemed to solve that somewhere in the last year. I don't have any complaints with ...

Great app. I used conditional questions all the time.
What do you like best? Drag and drop format. No coding. Conditional questions. What do you dislike? Need of CSS to organize form. Wish it was more like blocks. Like when you are designing a page with blocks. So I can specify how much space a question should take. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Getting peoples contact info and sending this info directly to mailchimp.

Love it so much I use it on every website I build
What do you like best? The database of entries and possible integrations. Anytime a client asks “can I do this...” it most likely comes back as yes when I’m using gravity forms What do you dislike? I wish there was an easy way to work with columns. Having to remember the css or go back to the gravity forms css page on your site is a pain. It would be nice if there was a simple drop down in the Advanced tab that allowed us to pick a column setup Recommendations to others ...

Best in class product
What do you like best? I have enjoyed the ease it is to create forms, but even better is the amount of add-ons that enable Gravity Forms to integrate into many 3rd party tools. It stores data in a logical way and notifications and conformations are intuitive and easy to use. What do you dislike? It can be difficult to style the form to fit in with your sites design. Recommendations to others considering the product: Once you have started working with Gravity forms you will ...

A Superb tool for gleaning data form site visitors
What do you like best? A great modular plugin that allows you to customise the collation of data to make functional forms that really help the user experience. What do you dislike? Can be a little cumbersome, but it's a very minor downside to an otherwise great plugin. Recommendations to others considering the product: Refer to FAQ's to see if you need this product What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Useful Plugin
What do you like best? That it consistently works, has a lot of third party integrations, and has lots of customizations. What do you dislike? The cost. Would be cool to have a lifetime option versus having to pay annually. But I know it costs money to update a plugin and provide support. Recommendations to others considering the product: While it's easy to setup, it definitely helps to have some web development experience. What problems are you solving with the ...
