Love it so much I use it on every website I build

What do you like best? The database of entries and possible integrations. Anytime a client asks “can I do this...” it most likely comes back as yes when I’m using gravity forms What do you dislike? I wish there was an easy way to work with columns. Having to remember the css or go back to the gravity forms css page on your site is a pain. It would be nice if there was a simple drop down in the Advanced tab that allowed us to pick a column setup Recommendations to others ...

Best in class product

What do you like best? I have enjoyed the ease it is to create forms, but even better is the amount of add-ons that enable Gravity Forms to integrate into many 3rd party tools. It stores data in a logical way and notifications and conformations are intuitive and easy to use. What do you dislike? It can be difficult to style the form to fit in with your sites design. Recommendations to others considering the product: Once you have started working with Gravity forms you will ...

Useful Plugin

What do you like best? That it consistently works, has a lot of third party integrations, and has lots of customizations. What do you dislike? The cost. Would be cool to have a lifetime option versus having to pay annually. But I know it costs money to update a plugin and provide support. Recommendations to others considering the product: While it's easy to setup, it definitely helps to have some web development experience. What problems are you solving with the ...

I Love This Form Builder!

What do you like best? There is so much you can customize! I can make my form look exactly how I want. I can personalize notifications and set conditions so different emails go out depending on the options chosen. There are also soooo many useful integrations with Gravity Forms that I can send data anywhere I need it to go. What do you dislike? I haven't found anything I'm unhappy with about this product. Recommendations to others considering the product: If anything, I ...

Flexible & Reliable

What do you like best? Gravity forms is easy to style and includes great add-ons to accomplish nearly anything you might want to do with a form. It also has simple tools built in to assist with PII compliance for GDPR, CCPA, etc. What do you dislike? The price is a little steep for a WordPress plugin, especially when there are so many free form plugins. However, we find it worth the investment. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? ...

Favorite Go-To WP Form Plugin

What do you like best? That's tough, I like best is the ability to integrate with a lot of third party plugins through add-ons. What do you dislike? I honestly can't think of any, it's a great premium plugin, worth every penny. Recommendations to others considering the product: Just do it, if you are looking to build forms with lots of flexibility, it's the best choice hands down. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We ...

We use Gravityforms all the time with over 50 clients

What do you like best? The variety of addons and ability to customize/play with many different 3rd party Softwares. What do you dislike? I'd like to see just a bit more customizability options in the forms themselves...without digging into the CSS weeds. Recommendations to others considering the product: Gravity forms is an essential part of our website development business. It does everything a small - midsized company needs when it comes to form creation and CRM ...

Amazing Versatility

What do you like best? I'm a Freelance contractor and I have used Gravity Forms on client sites for over 6 years now. Everything from simple contact forms to complex personality tests with custom scoring. Whatever it can't perform natively can be accomplished with third party tools which can easily be integrated with the extensive library of hooks, filters and API. Quite simply the most comprehensive form solution for WordPress. What do you dislike? Some complex math is not native ...

What can you say? Just fantastic!

What do you like best? I've been using Gravity Forms for many years and I'm really impressed with what the developers have done. Meanwhile I have created more than 100 websites and almost every one of them has a contact form. And of course with Gravity Forms. The support from Gravity Forms is more than excellent. There weren't often problems... But when there were, the support was very helpful. Many thanks and many more years of good cooperation. What do you dislike? Nothing to ...

Awesome plug-in! Very versatile.

What do you like best? What I like best is the ease of use. I am a coder and the fact I can use something like Gravity Forms that's already developed with drag and drop simplicity is pretty amazing! What do you dislike? I am a complex Gravity Forms user. I wish there was an easy to to handle payment plans AND full payments in one form. That's a minor inconvenience and very specific to my usage, so maybe it's not really a general dislike, just in my use case. Recommendations to ...
