Best Form Builder
What do you like best? The customization of column sizes, responsiveness in the forms of mobile and desktop and the use of conditional logic. What do you dislike? Wish you didn't need additional plugin to stylize the form more. You have to download Gravity Form add on in order to do that. Recommendations to others considering the product: If you are looking for a form builder that gives you a great flexible building option, Gravity Forms is it. You can create multiple ...

Fantastic, full-featured WordPress form plugin!
What do you like best? For me, the best part of using Gravity Forms is the ability to integrate with popular services like Mailchimp, Stripe, Google Sheets, and more. It allows our business to collect payments, product inquiries, and other types of requests from our customers while customizing what kind of information we need. What do you dislike? There are two real downsides to using Gravity Forms: (1) it is not *free* like many other form builders for WordPress, and (2) it is not ...

The Only Form Builder for Your Next WordPress Project
What do you like best? Gravity Forms allows users to quickly create powerful forms for any WordPress website. The drag-and-drop interface, preset CSS classes and intuitive conditional make it accessible to novice and power users alike. What do you dislike? While this isn't a "dislike," I wish that Gravity Forms supported integration with a broader selection of marketing automation solutions and / or CRMs. Using Zapier, users can connect with most third-party systems, but this adds ...

Power, Versatility, and Simplicity in one Package!
What do you like best? As a web designer and WordPress Consultant, Gravity Forms allows me to create any kind of form for my clients and for my own business as well. Using conditionals or adding functionality like payment fields, I am able to create everything from simple contact forms to complex event registrations simply and easily. What do you dislike? Building the forms in the backend is a bit clunky and outdated. I would prefer a frontend, WYSIWYG builder instead. What ...

Very powerful plugin, affordable hassle free pricing.
What do you like best? Gravity forms is easy to use, and is frequently updated. The plugin does a terrific job of adding forms to a website, and is easy to style specifically to your website. Features like spam honeypots and captcha help to ensure you're getting real contact data. There are many different specialized input fields such as email, and phone which format the answers and normalize the data. Gravity Forms also has awesome conditional logic, which allows you to create ...

Best WP forms platform I've used
What do you like best? It's well-documented, has a ton of integrations covering most apps you'd want it to interface with and because it's open source, it's extensible. I hired an Upwork dev to create a custom add-on to Gravity Forms to be able to capture UTM params on new leads. What do you dislike? There's no real drawbacks I can speak of. I would've said "ability to do in-place updates" but they seemed to solve that somewhere in the last year. I don't have any complaints with ...

Great app. I used conditional questions all the time.
What do you like best? Drag and drop format. No coding. Conditional questions. What do you dislike? Need of CSS to organize form. Wish it was more like blocks. Like when you are designing a page with blocks. So I can specify how much space a question should take. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Getting peoples contact info and sending this info directly to mailchimp.
