What do you like best? Gravity Forms has the best combination of features and ease-of-use. It has FANTASTIC documentation, and as a WordPress developer, it makes it easy for me to make any customizations that I need. What do you dislike? What do you like best? The user interface for building and configuring forms is the most user-friendly I have seen. The integration into WooCommerce was a lifesaver for our recent project.
