Its all inclusive for logos and other graphic works

What do you like best? It is all inclusive because it helps us make logos and also make other graphic orders for our clients especially company logos and sometimes government department logos. What do you dislike? Nothing bad everything works great I have not heard complaints from the workers. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Creation of logos, business cards and generally all important graphic work.

Amazing service

Amazing service! I had trouble with a competing site and I was impressed by the speedy and helpful assistance from the GS team. I am not tech savvy so they helped me with everything to ensure I was happy.The tool and artworks were also great quality. Thanks, guys!

GRAPHIC SPRINGS - SCAM ALERT - DO NOT USE!

Graphic Springs is touted by paid affiliates all over the net, but don’t fall for it. They will upsell you with a deceptive trick (not explaining that the cost is in addition, not total) and then fake you out with an error message: “Oops! Something went wrong. Please check your CVV and try again.” Then you pay them again for the same thing, with the same deceptive upsell.. so instead of paying them $49 as you are made to believe, you pay them $178 instead. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY - FRAUD

Purchased a "custom logo" thru their website. After 4 weeks the company has not delivered the product! Numerous attempts to contact the company by email remained without response.

Not trustworthy

I purchased a custom logo and never received any proofs. I emailed them a week and a half later and got some random images with only part of our company name in the logo. I mentioned we were supposed to have received them in 2-3 days and that they were inaccurate. I asked for a refund due to their slowness and lack of attention to detail. I never heard back and that was about a month and a half ago. I then made a logo myself on their website and purchased the Platinum package, which says ...

Ordered a custom logo - Never received it

Ordered a custom logo at $99. Received a draft after 5 days that was only partially in line with our instructions. All attempts to reach the company since then were without success. No response. No logo. Would never use this company again and can't recommend it.

I wouldn't use GraphicSprings again

I wouldn't use GraphicSprings again. I bought the basic package for $19.99 but was charged $150.99. I contacted GraphicSpring about this issue but they refuse to refund the difference. My advice is to stay away from this website.

Avoid, Avoid, AVOID!

I have purchased a logo from graphics springs. I chose them specifically because they said in their FAQ: "Is this a one-time fee only? Yes." -- It isn't a one time fee. After editing my logo which again is free from their FAQ, I attempted to download my logo, however my logo had been 'locked' and I can no longer download it.
