Becareful of those scammers

Becareful of those scammers, they charged me with 21 USD the day i canceled my annual subscription and deactivate my account so i can not use the website after they charged me! I reached out many times and the customer service seems very unprofessional and never actually solve the issue, they just told me why they charged me and that they don't offer discount! WHAT A SCAMMERS!

I’ll write my review on here because Envato keeps deleting my review from there site I would not use WPBINGO I have bought a theme off them and they have put a code into where they can see my design I have spent ages redesign the template for them to copy my design and sell it on CHEATS and copyright infringement I have made the platform aware but they just keep on deleting my review! Do not care about customers spent over £300 on this platform avoid!
