What do you like best? We use Grade.Us on behalf of a client to aggregate their company reviews. Our client is a manufacturer and therefore the reviews are mainly related to the recruitment process. We have run into issues with aggregating Glassdoor with other platforms but was able to find a workaround to keep all data in one spot. Excellent product, but very pricey.

What do you like best? I like the professional look and feel of the graphics. Love the widget for scrolling reviews on the website. What do you dislike? Far too expensive. Doubled in price while I was using it. Hard to pass those costs on to my clients. What do you like best? Their review monitoring API is excellent. The set up process for a client is also pretty straightforward. What do you dislike? They recently raised their prices quite a bit and it made it unworkable to continue using them at scale. I was a happy customer until things starting changing at Gradeus and they decided to make a money grab and increase their fees. This company arbitrarily increases their license fees without much notice, and then also changes their terms to justify why they can't issue a refund for prepayments for white labeling their dashboard.It seems that ever since this company merged/rebranded as Traject, they have been making bad moves so they are literally doubling license fees to make more money at ...

What do you like best? Ease of use. Simplicity of layout allows you to get to things quickly and run product demos for clients with ease. It tracks multiple areas of the process so I can see accurately what my funnels are doing and what is working versus not working for my clients.
