Great customer service
What do you like best? Very good customer service, very helpful. The system has lots of "pieces" so it's good to have a customer service team that is responsive and helpful. What do you dislike? Some of the sections are a little unclear. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Trying to encourage people to leave reviews. So far no real benefits, but have only been using it for a month.

What do you like best? The reporting is top notch. Being able to see detailed reports of your campaign is key to using a platform like this. What do you dislike? Grade.US is a very powerful platform and easy to use
What do you like best? Very simple set up and the platform does what it needs to do, it gets reviews online quickly and easily. Highly recommend. What do you dislike?
