Simple to use but not as effective as I'd hoped
What do you like best? I like that it is simple to set up and the graphics are nice. It seems to be very streamlined and the path to review is simple. What do you dislike? I don't like the ticky-tack pricing model that adds cost for every little detail. I also don't like that the reporting seems to be lacking. What do you like best? I am new to the Grade.Us family of users, but I have been extremely pleased with the platform and what it allows our business to manage. What do you like best? One of my favorite features of the Grade.us system is the ability to utilize the funnel system (thumbs up/down, stars, etc). This is a feature our old system lacked and it has made a HUGE difference to several of our clients, especially those in the medical profession. What do you dislike? It's email setup, email delivery, review streaming and monitoring features make it a very full featured solution. Grade.us makes it easy for me to help my clients become the top-rated provider in their area.
What do you like best? The email follow-up drip campaigns requesting reviews from customers really help to increase the response rate. It's nice that you can add hundreds of customers to the system but only send out emails to a few a day so that you don't get a bunch of reviews at once--which would look like spam or fake reviews to the directories. What do you like best? Businesses need a review funnel for two main reasons, first, to have checks and balances in their own business, second, to allow customers to vent directly to the business rather than online which also helps protects online reputation.
