What do you like best? I like that they have an API which links with our CRM software and automatically sends out requests automatically once a project is marked as complete. What do you dislike? What do you like best? It is very easy to set up a client with a review dashboard. What do you dislike? I wish they had a text reminder feature, but I hear that may be coming down the road. Recommendations to others considering the product: Not only is it one of the better platforms out there, it is also much much cheaper than similar platforms, especially at the Agency level.
