PROS: Online reviews are very beneficial for every type of business, it is very helpful for their branding and growth. I recommend Grade.Us whenever a client requests a software system and a real time streaming for reviews for its website. This product gains information from Google+, Yelp, Facebook and other networks that my customers use for leaving reviews. When I started to use this program, I was very confused and overwhelmed and I asked one of their customer support representatives to help me understand the system. Great tool for following up, tracking and receiving reviews
PROS: Its layout is one of the best for this kind of programs, it is intuitive and user friendly for both user and customers. I Use 2 different dealerships and I am able to manage both of them from 4 person task to 1 person being able to do all the work. It has great customer service. CONS: There is nothing to dislike about this product.
