I highly recommend GoToWebinar

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? This software provides high-quality of audio and video compared to other conference tools I have used. And this is the main reason why I still use the GoToWebinar. The other thing I like about this software is its integration with HubSpot marketing software. Terrible - look elsewhere

I've been trying to reach someone for 8 days to ADD services - spend more $$ and can't get a response, if that tells you anything. Just trying to find an email took 1+ hour. Their live chat was super rude and ended it when they found out I was an existing customer. I don't understand why companies stay in business if they don't want to help their customers?! Blows my mind.

Bad sales service

Was contacted by a sales representative shortly after filling in the contact form on their website. We had a good discussion and agreed on a couple follow-up actions for them, including for example sharing the price rates for the extended list of international dial-in numbers. Never heard of them after that, no response to my follow-up requests. Neither by e-mail, linkedin (the sales rep. had sent me a connection request), or even their contact form... Strange behaviour, would not trust.
