great connectivity

What do you like best? With this program, it seems like you are on the actual computer and not feel that you are just connected remotely. It is very convenient and reliable. What do you dislike? Easy way to hook up to your PC

What do you like best? This program allows me to control my PC at work or home using multiple platforms. The connection is normally very robust and provides a way I can be more efficient with my various reports I need to generate What do you dislike? Great idea, sometimes a little glitchy

What do you like best? It offers a lot of flexibility , and allows you to check in with the office even when traveling What do you dislike? it's not always easy to troubleshoot, I've had more than one time where it has refused to connect and says my computer isn't connected to the wifi, which isn't the case, it's hard because the costumer service blame it on our server and our IT people blame it on the product. One of the longest running, remote access tools on the market.

What do you like best? Seems to be one of the fastest and easiest setups for paid subscription RAS. What do you dislike? At times, I believe screen-sharing can be slowed down by the type of apps or programs being used on the host computer. Of course, there are a ton of variables so I can't just condemn based on speed. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Bypassing a downed network status to keep my team running and generating revenue!

Just an ok program - outdated

What do you like best? Allows you to access a Remote Desktop but there are better programs. Just gets the job done What do you dislike? So much lag between real time and this program. It's functional, but there is a cheaper option

What do you like best? It makes a reliable connection that is usable. Possibly more secure than another option. Not much else to it really. What do you dislike? It's slow and jumpy, but to be fair my internet connection at home isn't the greatest. It also doesn't deal with having dual screens on the remote computer as well as I'd like. Great for working remotely

What do you like best? I use GoToMyPC on a weekly basis to access my work desktop. It is great in that it is very easy to move from my screen, to my remotly-accessed screen. I have had zero instances of crashing. What do you dislike? The auto log out is terrible. Letting the screen sit for 10 minutes causes you to re-log in and is disruptive. I wish log in could be extended or the settings changed so I could choose. Log in requires two steps, which I always forget passwords for but ...

Great Software to Connect to PC

What do you like best? I love being able to work remotely using this software. I can connect to my office PC from anywhere and any computer. I can also save my company money on licensing my laptop with expensive software that is already installed on my office PC. What do you dislike? Occasionally there will be a glitch that causes my office PC to reboot. I have only had this happen a few very times and it did not hinder my ability to connect to my PC with the software. What do you like best? A great option to get full access to everything on your work computer while working remotely What do you dislike? Extremely laggy and sizing is often difficult if you have dual monitors. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Great for emergencies when something absolutely has to be done on the road/remotely but you don't have your work computer on you.
