"Great product that still has room for improvement"

What do you like best about GoTo Resolve (formerly GoToAssist)? The ease of use and the AI features are fantastic options. We also love the option to send a text to a user so we could use their phone camera to diagnose issues off site. What do you dislike about GoTo Resolve (formerly GoToAssist)? "It has worked great for our remote Sisters."

Avoid the product

Horrendous support experience when something goes wrong, with long wait times and copy-pasted responses that don't address what you've raised. Poor functionality on the product, multiple different offerings and consolidation happening but no market leading remote support offerings. Avoid them, use a competitor.
