What do you like best? Google Docs is free. Docs offers robust options akin to Word. In fact, almost anything I can do in Word I can do in Docs. Great For Many Uses

What do you like best? I love that I can start a project on my phone and then tidy it up later on my laptop or desktop at home. What do you dislike? It's not as formattable as Microsoft Word. There are some formats that are harder to implement or just not available at all. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I am able to get projects started in the palm of my hand or even share documents to be edited by multiple people at once.

I like that there is a chat feature because we can talk about certain parts of the document directly.
