Third grade teacher
What do you like best? Google docs is an easy tool to use as a teacher to create documents. It also is accessible from anywhere. What do you dislike? One disadvantage is the limited set of features. when compared to Microsoft office capabilities, it seems like it has less options for features. Recommendations to others considering the product: I would recommend using Google docs as a teacher in the classroom. It allows me as a teacher to create documents that I can use for ...

Extremely useful for collaboration, very easy to use
What do you like best? Ability to track and review changes, ease of online/real-time collaboration, and useful editing and formatting tools. Sharing files and documents with others in the organization is extremely easy. What do you dislike? Not much, everything works fine on my end and there havent been any issues. Any problems are quickly resolved by support or our internal tech team. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The benefits ...

Free Alternative to Microsoft Word -- with all the same bells and whistles
What do you like best? Google Docs is a full page editor that still has all the "familiarities" of Microsoft Word. Even better, it's ALWAYS saved in the Cloud (automatically) and you can work on the same document with other people, in real-time. Great for organization and collaboration. What do you dislike? I wish the outline capabilities were more robust. Sometimes I'd like to create a more nuanced outline, but it is more-or-less auto-created and it's not always highlighting what I ...

Love this
What do you like best? Ability to make reports that get turned in to teachers. What do you dislike? There really isn’t anything I dislike about this system. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Being able to edit a document from any device. Give other users editing abilities.

Best online document editor you can get easily
What do you like best? The great aspect of Google Docs is its free use, it supports standard styles and data is saved in the cloud. The Google Docs app is also available for smartphones, so it can be used anywhere. One more wonderful thing is that it supports the synchronized adjustment of documents by multiple people. Most of the word processing functions are available, so we don't need to spend a lot of money on many other commercial registry editing and enhancement programs. What do ...

Powerful, Cloudbased, and Works Offline Too
What do you like best? I like that you can still work when you are offline. Another thing that I like is that many of the keyboard shortcuts are very similar to other programs so there is less of a learning curve. There are so many users of Google Docs so that you can go to others if you are needing assistance. What do you dislike? One of the things that I dislike about Google Docs is that it takes a little bit of time to load. I would like the ability to add voice comments to Google ...

Easy to collaborate
What do you like best? I love how collaborative I can be and how easy it is to communicate using Google Docs. Especially with COVID where I cant be in person with people I am collaborating with, it allows us to create a uniform document that we can all work on at the same time. What do you dislike? I cant really think of anything that I dislike about Google Docs. Its really user friendly and easy to collaborate with others Recommendations to others considering the product: ...

Collaboration Made Easy
What do you like best? Google docs is easy to use and makes it easy to collaborate with others. One of our favorite features is to use suggest mode. When a group is working on a document together, the owner shares the document with comment only rights and then all contributors are able to suggest changes which do not become final until the owner accepts them. What do you dislike? Sometimes the application is not as robust as a desktop word processing program but new features are added ...

Google Docs, full cloud to avoid hardware!
What do you like best? Docs, has allowed me to have my files hosted in the cloud, thus allowing me to use them at any time, so I do not require USB hardware or things like that. It allows loading excel, word, photos and among others it has the power to generate forms which allow greater utility both at a corporate and personal level What do you dislike? It does not really bother, but it has the opportunity to improve its capacity in space for new users since it is somewhat limited. I ...

Google Docs provides the necessary tools like Microsoft Word but with online collaboration.
What do you like best? I enjoy using Google Docs when working with a team or group with projects. Google Docs ability to allow sharing amongst group members makes teamwork easier. This is especially true for times when meeting in person is not a possibility. This software also allows the the editorial history each person has made and comment on the reason why which is a very useful tool to have. What do you dislike? The only downside of Google Docs is its difficulty to work with ...
