It is a free tool that connects a lot of things and is constantly getting better.

What do you like best? It's a free tool, it connects directly with other Google products, it can connect with other non-Google products, its easily sharable, and can make data very digestible. What do you dislike? You really need to use (and pay for) third part connectors to get the full use out of it. The Google connectors it has still doesn't show everything that the platforms show, in some cases, I have had to use the third party tools to connect to Google products to show the ...

The best reporting tool on the market (and it's free)!

What do you like best? I really like how Google Data Studio reports are so customizable. Whether you're updating the theme colors, page sizing, chart settings, etc. - there are endless ways to create a report. At our digital marketing agency, we've been able to take our reports to the next-level with the help of data studio. I like that this works seamlessly with so many native and third-party data connectors. The fact that you can retroactively update data and share with clients is ...

Brilliant Software - Transformed our reporting

What do you like best? How it automatically brings in data from other google softwares such as google analytics and google search console and combines these all together in one place. It's also great how it constantly updates this data without any manual work from us. We can also bring in our own data using google sheets which is brilliant for keeping all of the information in one report. What do you dislike? Currently there isn't much i dislike, it does take a small amount of time to ...

Great flexibility in Analytics

What do you like best? Amazing variety of charts and possibilities. Options to publish or embed reports is a real-life saver in making custom dashboards. What do you dislike? Would like it more if there would be a way to create and share reports via API The charts can have better labeling options. No way to automate the process for multiple users. The connector review process is also slightly long What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you ...

Google Data Studio is Getting Better

What do you like best? I like the amount of information and customization that you get with Google data studios. I also like how you can integrate other Google products like Google Analytics and Adwords so you can have even more info. What do you dislike? There isn't a lot I don't like about this product. It's simple and easy to use. It did have a few bug at the beginning and I haven't found a great way to organize all the report into folders yet. What problems are you solving with ...

Quick and Easy Digital Insights when you need them, Long term trend analysis when you plan ahead.

What do you like best? The ease in connecting and use the built in Google connectors makes Data Studio a breeze to use for anyone familiar with things like Google Analytics or even Google Sheets. The Robust 3rd party connectors take it even further, I use a number of them for connecting Social media stats. Automated reporting is way better than copy and paste reporting. I use and subscribe to the Supermetrics suite of connectors, it is invaluable for bringing in Facebook and Instagram ...

All your data in one place

What do you like best? The tool provides the ability to consolidate large amounts of data and to put several reports in the same place. It helps you gather all the information without having to move from one report to another with great ease of use. The other good thing is that you can integrate it with google sheets, salesforce reports and many other tools that can help you organize your data and have visibility shared for your team. What do you dislike? It has long wait times when ...

Data Studio is Easy to Use and Great for Data Visualization

What do you like best? I like how simple Data Studio is to get started. You don't have to know a computer program to use it. What do you dislike? There are often glitches or bugs in the system that are frustrating to work around. Usually, they resolve themselves, but they still can be frustrating. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are using Data Studio to visualize data across different channels and produce reports. These reports ...

The place where I concentrate the data that I have to analyze and take actions to grow the company

What do you like best? I can process the data in any query format including JSON, which is the native format we use to get the answers from the databases, the development team has just linked Google Drive with the platforms in iOS and Android to send packages of queries every 6 hrs, and with data studio I can read the JSON files that result to extract the data that interest me and that I have previously configured in data studio. What do you dislike? With the current functions I am ...
