The best thing about dialogflow is it's inbuilt agents which are like templates for various things , which can be leveraged to build chatbots and many other customer support oriented applications. Along with these dialogflow / google cloud has a very big community of developers for support and resolving issues. If you have any experience with APIs it's pretty easy to integrate with applications.

What do you like best about Google Cloud Dialogflow? Dialogflow made it easy for non-coders to create question/response results for our Hello PineView app for a high school. This was for a Girls Who Code club, and broadened exposure to creating applications. It was also quite easy to create intents that the girls coded to answer more complex questions via a call to our APIs.
