Simple and user friendly

What do you like best? The Goody system is an easy way to modernise loyalty systems for businesses that do not have a fully integrated system. Fast support and more customer cards arrive quickly What do you dislike? Honestly don't have anything to dislike in regards to all aspects What problems are you solving with the product? Good loyalty program

What do you like best? It is quite simple to use. Both on tablet and app. What do you dislike? customers misusing the program. They get points in the name of checking points. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Many instore loyalty programs can be merged into one goody program.

as a company using goody, we found it ok but mainly time consuming at the till.

What do you like best? I can see it is good for customers, but more often than we like we have people complaining or just unaware of how the app works or how to redeem their free coffee/food so needing a staff member time to do it for them. Not the efficient way we like to work- this holds up our busy cafe line. would be good for small businesses with more time. What do you dislike?
