Absolutely Amazing!

What do you like best? The website is extremely easy to navigate, especially when customers are wanting help. A brilliant Loyalty program

What do you like best? It is easy to use and the Goody staff ( Rory and Shanaya) are brilliant at helping when needed, What do you dislike? Nothing really. What do you like best? I like how easy it was to set up. I liked the support I have received when I have questions or my staff need help. My staff have started reporting that Goody is working a lot better than the old Eftplus system and they believe it is responsible for getting customers returning quicker than they usually would. I like that I can send incentives if the customer hasn't visited for a certain period of time. What do you dislike? Not much. Ideally Goody would not ...

What do you like best? Great customer and client support team. Always reply quickly to questions and are able to help with technical support. What do you dislike? Sometimes the system is a little restricting to specific things we want to do. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Shanaya is amazing!!!
