What do you like best? Goody is super simple, easy and user friendly. I love it and would highly recommend! What do you dislike? I haven't discovered any downsides to goody yet, so far have had a great experience. Recommendations to others considering the product: Do it! What problems are you solving with the product? Amazing service!
What do you like best? I really like the customer care I have received, from Shanaya in particular. Always helpful and ready to assist with any issues I’ve had. What do you dislike? Dislike the billing’s done monthly instead of weekly. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Client retention.

Absolutely Amazing!
What do you like best? The website is extremely easy to navigate, especially when customers are wanting help. The staff are helpful when there are any questions as well as delivery being organised easily. Goody is a great platform that is easily spread across multiple venues. What do you dislike? What do you like best? It is easy to use and the Goody staff ( Rory and Shanaya) are brilliant at helping when needed, What do you dislike? Nothing really. Shanaya is amazing!!!

What do you like best? I like how easy it was to set up. I liked the support I have received when I have questions or my staff need help. My staff have started reporting that Goody is working a lot better than the old Eftplus system and they believe it is responsible for getting customers returning quicker than they usually would.
