as a company using goody, we found it ok but mainly time consuming at the till.
What do you like best? I can see it is good for customers, but more often than we like we have people complaining or just unaware of how the app works or how to redeem their free coffee/food so needing a staff member time to do it for them. Not the efficient way we like to work- this holds up our busy cafe line. would be good for small businesses with more time. What do you dislike? User Friendly Interface
What do you like best? The goody platform has enabled my independent small business to quickly establish a clean digital client database. The benefit is that I can efficiently communicate with clients, inform them of what's happening in our place and share with them some of our benefits and rewards. What do you dislike? Easy to use but not integrated with POS well enough to allow for anything other than a discount
What do you like best? The simple layout and easy to use screen is good. What do you dislike? Often the tablets don't work or freeze. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Has allowed to track repeat spend for loyal guests.

Effective and Paperless
What do you like best? I find that goody is a perfect paperless loyalty system for my customers. Easy for young and old because of email logins people do not have to hang on to their card. What do you dislike? I'd like to have free access to the email database. I know it is available if I ask, but I'd like to be able to get the emails of certain groups. I'm more interested in offering regulars special benefits than bringing back people after six months of no visits. Recommendations ...

What do you like best? Goody is super simple, easy and user friendly. I love it and would highly recommend! What do you dislike? Amazing service!
What do you like best? I really like the customer care I have received, from Shanaya in particular. Always helpful and ready to assist with any issues I’ve had. What do you dislike?
