Great customizable loyalty programme
What do you like best? Intuitive, flexible, integrative platform that is easy roll out. What do you dislike? Nothing really, you need to get stuck in and get used to the platform but was simple enough. Recommendations to others considering the product: Great supportive team What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Simple and user friendly
What do you like best? The Goody system is an easy way to modernise loyalty systems for businesses that do not have a fully integrated system. Fast support and more customer cards arrive quickly What do you dislike? Honestly don't have anything to dislike in regards to all aspects What problems are you solving with the product? Well connected, easy, quick and user friendly.
What do you like best? The platform is very user friendly and straight forward and I appreciate that there is a chat box as well so if I get stuck or need help I have someone there I can ask and who will respond immediately. What do you like best? Goody is so easy to navigate for both the staff and customers and has an easy points system. What do you dislike? What do you like best? I really like the net promoter score and point system. Our guests say one of the reasons they come back is goody. What do you dislike? It’s very slow sometimes on the till, and nps doesn’t load on mobile. I wish the voucher redemption is also linked on the pos for less handling especially during peak times. What do you like best? The most helpful thing about Goody was their customer service. I found Shanaya really helpful and super patient which was great when learning how to use Goody. Good loyalty program
What do you like best? It is quite simple to use. Both on tablet and app. What do you dislike? customers misusing the program. They get points in the name of checking points. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Many instore loyalty programs can be merged into one goody program.

What do you like best? As a user, Goody card loyalty systemt is acceptable in so many outlets without carrying any extra card or key tag. Nowadays we love carrying and using our smart phone wherever we go and Goody card is on my mobile since day one. What do you like best? The Goody loyalty program has really been a game changer for our business. It has help grow our business profile exponentially as customers are eager to be part of such a great loyalty program! The system is easy to use for customers and staff alike. What do you dislike? Great app - a few hiccups
What do you like best? Love the interface on the ipads, looks sharp and professional. Like that all the customer information is collected for analysis and is accessible.
