Always a good day with GoodDay
What do you like best? The drag and drop functionality is great. It's easy to quickly organize my day or week with just a few clicks. Also, it has lightweight feel and isn't too bogged down with too many features. Sending tasks back and forth between coworkers is a simple and fosters communication more than previous project management tools I've used. What do you dislike? The search functionality can be frustrating. Often times I'll type the name of the task and it will only appear ...

Simple Project Management
What do you like best? Simple project management tool that helps me keep track of mine and other team member's tasks, as well as requesting other team members help on random things that come up. It's really easy for me to complete my part of a project/task and then send it on to the next person who needs it. Clean, easy to use interface. The smiley faces and emojis are fun too. What do you dislike? It's easy for me, when behind on a task, to just move it to the next day. Nitpicking ...

Neat drag-and-drop interface makes for self-scheduling a breeze
What do you like best? The drag-and-drop scheduling is fun and effective. I'm not sure if GoodDay has made me more productive, per se, but it has made me more aware of what tasks I should or needn't prioritize. I like the virtual sticky note aspect of GoodDay, which helps keep track of conversations between all relevant team members (even though I sometimes use Slack or go to them in person to speed up the conversation). Creating and locating tasks are super easy - the search function in ...

Goodday is a GoodTool
What do you like best? It's a very intuitive product and easy to use. It enables the project manager to plan on a macro level while making it easy for the users to plan their own days out. What do you dislike? When you assign a project or task to a new stakeholder, you lose sight of it, so it can be hard to track your work when you are not the current stakeholder. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Planning and managing sprints ...

A Good Day to have Good Day
What do you like best? I like how clearly Good Day displays my workload. It allows me to schedule out tasks as I see fit. I can also easily change around tasks if I've under/overestimated my workload. I enjoy being able to pass tasks on to co-workers and getting it out of my feed. This leaves me with a view of only the things I have left to do. I like that I can make my own tasks. This helps me be in charge of my own workload. What do you dislike? If I've passed a task on, it can ...

Straightforward, easy to use, no-frills
What do you like best? Task management is superb. It's easy to set assignments for specific days and manage my workload. It's also super easy to make and update tasks. The UI/UX is great. I love all of the drag and drop components for scheduling. What do you dislike? Alerts could be better. I don't necessarily go out of my way to customize alerts, but they seem a little on the lower side. I think this could be a subpar tool for large scale projects and huge teams, but it works well ...

Goodday keeps me organized
What do you like best? I like that Goodday is like a built-in to-do list What do you dislike? I wish Goodday had a mobile app. Would be great to check it when away from my computer. Recommendations to others considering the product: This is my first project management tool. I like it, but I still say look around and see what's out there. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I like that I can break down my to-do and spread ...

Goodday's a big improvement over our last PM tool
What do you like best? Goodday is a pretty straightforward tool once you get the hang of it. It focuses heavily around task and project organization, which is helpful when working with a large team with a variety of tasks. Our team has responded to the smiley face ratings, which indicate how organized you've been on a daily basis. The dashboards and reporting are helpful as a manager to see who is staying on track and who may need extra help. It's a relatively young company but their ...

Works like a charm!
What do you like best? All functionality of other great project management tools is there and it’s amazingly easy to use. Interface is top-notch, and an easy mobile version is just what I needed to stay on top of things if I’m away from the office. It also takes no time to train others on this. Those quick tutorials, when you just get started, are useful. What do you dislike? I would like to be able to control the color coding of the projects myself (GoodDay generates them ...

Yeah, I Dig It
What do you like best? It's smooth and simple and does everything it sets out to do. I love shooting tasks around to coworkers when I need them to jump in, whether it's for a quick reply or to take the project to the finish line -- can pass from person to person like a baton in a relay race. Good organization is rewarded with happy face stickers, which are more rewarding than you can imagine. There are sad faces for bad organization...they're not upset so much as "disappointed." I like ...
