"Great software for call recording reviews"
What do you like best about Gong? How seamless it is to use it and all the features that come with it. What do you dislike about Gong? There is a section which I'm not very fond of that highlights everything (status wise) for a client. What problems is Gong solving and how is that benefiting you? Overall session recordings and that I can review my and my colleagues calls.

"Integral in my work day"
What do you like best about Gong? Gong has become an integral part of my work. I don't know if I could function without it. It really aids in helping me draft follow up emails after check in calls with clients. It makes me look really on top of my game! I use it every single day. "Wonderful tool"
What do you like best about Gong? That me and my team get to review our calls. I also don´t have to focus on writing everything down, I just listen to my customer. What do you dislike about Gong? Nothing, really. It is a wonderful I hope to keep using always. What problems is Gong solving and how is that benefiting you? Allowing me to invest time in what truly matters: converting SQLs, renewing clients, and focusing on conversations.

"Great tool for anyone in a Sales Role."

"Gong is the only way to go"
What do you like best about Gong? Our team started using Gong with just the sales team and now the whole CS team utilizes Gong. I love that we can share sections of a call with clients, it lets us know when the call was viewed etc. We also use the # feature in Gong - so we can easily track things like #clientrequests or specific integrations that keep coming up.
