"Getting back to vital parts of your call"

What do you like best about Gong? Gong has been super helpful in our introduction & discovery calls. I feel more confident taking calls as I know Gong will be there to capture everything - and help me through my pipeline through its tracker. What do you dislike about Gong? "Onboarding & training simplified"

What do you like best about Gong? Super easy to use and great to have all previous recordings in one place. The analytics provided from those calls provide helpful insight as to how to improve and monitor performance What do you dislike about Gong? I can't think of any major problems with Gong. It can sometimes be hard to find the type of call your looking for if you don't know the account name or title of the call. What do you like best about Gong? listening and improving our own call taking ability and also listening to others best calls What do you dislike about Gong? the interface keeps getting stuck a lot and also has some bugs . would love to see a smooth experience What problems is Gong solving and how is that benefiting you? to help understand the needs of advertiser and also work on providing appropriate resolution

"Seemless and powerful video call reviewing"

What do you like best about Gong? With Gong it is so easy for us to review, notate, share and catalog our calls. Transcriptions make it easy to find important topics easily. What do you dislike about Gong? It would be nice if gong could integrate into emails and gmail or outlook to file emails and documents related to calls. What problems is Gong solving and how is that benefiting you? Gong is making it easy for our team to share best practices and learn rapidly from collective data.

"Market Leader in Conversational/Revenue Intelligence for a Reason"

What do you like best about Gong? Very easy to use and integrates with our tech stack and most normal tech stacks. The ability to catalog conversations and search that catalog is excellent for creating training and onboarding material for new reps and seeing if we are having the right conversations. "Insightful and Intuitive"

What do you like best about Gong? The AI tool is great - I like the insights following from reviews and the way to generate feedback from managers as well as specific call insights. What do you dislike about Gong? There isn't much that I could say here, as a feedback the integrations could be more useful What problems is Gong solving and how is that benefiting you? Next steps - utility and training.
