"Critical to personal efficiency"
What do you like best? I am a power user of the "transcribe" feature, and I enjoy the flexibility around sharing only snippets of calls with clients. Key for privacy. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Gong allows my team to work and grow together, remotely. What do you dislike? The time that it takes to train new users on our team as we have grown quickly and utilize several platforms. This is a very minor dislike. "Gong is a must-have"
What do you like best? Gong allows me to supplement my note-taking with data driven recordings, and being able to listen to other team members' calls is an absolute life saver for the new remote lifestyle. What do you like best? I love how easy to use and intuitive the main functions of Gong are. It is very easy to teach reps how to use it and it has become a staple in their daily work lives.
