What do you like best? I've used several call recording applications and nothing compares to Gong. Gone allows me to record my calls, review them, share with clients and above all... go back and analyze my calls to find mentions of a word or identify a points of clarification. What do you dislike? The library for personal versus company-wide calls is a bit hard to navigate, same for search. What do you like best? Screen and audio recording makes it easy to share a call with peers or a client team for reference. The visual call time makes it easy to see the balance of speaking time to know where to better tune participation. "Great tool and product"

What do you like best? Great to give teams feedback and track sales cycle. What do you dislike? We are missing role permissions that will allow certain users limited view. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It helps a lot when we onboard new employees or handover accounts from AES. Great tool for feedback sharing.

"Gong Runs Seamlessly and is Smart!"

What do you like best? I love that Gong records and analyzes my calls in the background, so that I can later review them and see areas for improvement. Probably my favorite part about that is the "stats" area where it tracks how engaged I was with the customer, how "patient" I was in responding to the customer, and what the talk ratio was between the customer and I. "Love what gong gas done for my sales process!"

What do you like best? I love the ability to go back and read the transcription of what was said. The fact that subject matters are labeled for easy access to timestamps is a total game changer. I always end up picking up a small detail every single time I go back and relisten to my client conversations and pitches. What do you dislike? "Amazing call partner"

What do you like best? I can filter calls based on the hostname and listen to the calls of the most effective seller in my team and learn from it. Also, I can add a call to listen later. The transcript also really helps in reaching out to the right sentence and conversation. What do you dislike? I find it difficult to filter based on the attendee's name. What do you like best? The visuals are great to see who is speaking What do you dislike? Gong is a fantastic application, only thing I don't like about it is there is no slide bar for the call like a video. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
