What do you like best? The fact that Gong allows you to completely analyze your calls as well as other calls from people in your organization. It allows for complete transparency and drives better conversations as you move through the sales process. Nobody has the ability to transcribe all the details from a phone call within their personal notes. What do you like best? I like the layout, it makes everything very easy to search and find. What do you dislike? I have not come across anything frustrating enough to remember! What do you like best? I would say the breakdown it shows when you are talking vs the other individual. You can see the statistics very well on every conversation What do you dislike? The time it takes to download a call from our system and sometimes it simply does not download (rare). The curser to fast forward or rewind could be a bit smoother. What do you like best? The ability to search by any component of a meeting is key to how we use Gong. I'm able to easily find calls from months back and easily find the parts that I need to listen to. I also really love the transcript feature with hyperlinks/references to the time in the call. What do you like best? Ability to sort through the call quickly and analyze key phrases or talking points. This helps reps get a better understanding of where they excel but more importantly where there is room for improvement. "Gong - The Perfect Software for Reviewing Your Client Calls"
What do you like best? Being able to review the "game tape" of how a call went. It automatically calculates the percentages of talk ratio of members on the call, categorizes the entire call so you can skip forward to certain parts, etc. What do you dislike? What do you like best? I like being able to review demo calls. Gong make it clear when each speaker is talking and it's quite easy to jump to the important parts. What do you dislike? There's not much to dislike. It has been a good experience. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I've been able to review my demo calls, as well as review demo calls from others on my team. This has helped me improve by seeing how well others do their demos.
