What do you like best? Analytics and call breakdowns. There are a lot of ways to disect calls. What do you dislike? I don't dislike anything. The software works just fine. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I am trying to go into calls and see how much time I speak and also focus on what customers are saying. Gong allows me to do this easily.

"Gong is amazing for coaching and feedback!"

What do you like best? Automatic recording, and transcribing of calls is incredible. I can't say enough how much this has helped me be thorough on follow-up calls. What do you dislike? "The most intelligent sales software I have ever used"

What do you like best? I like that it integrates with my calendar so that Gong is invited to my customer calls automatically. The fact that I can share the call easily with other team members, create snippets, and see analytics like how much I talked vs. how much the customer talked is really insightful. "Amazing tool. Could be better with integrations."

What do you like best? Transcripts and snippets make the ability to hand off and turn over items seamless. What do you like best? I love the metrics. They help me to determine when I need to talk less and have given me insight into how to engage our clients better throughout the call. What do you dislike? I wish there was a way to ENSURE that the sales person and the client are dialed in separately.
