"Gong is a wonderful tool!"

What do you like best? I love that I can easily go back and listen to all of my sales calls. I also love how there is coaching and it monitors how much I talk vs the client. What do you dislike? I don't like how some times it doesn't capture my words correctly. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? "I use Gong every day"

What do you like best? Transcripts- I can listen to the calls of Senior Enterprise AEs and borrow their talk tracks as a script through the transcripts feature. What do you dislike? I don't like the lay out of all activity that's taken place with an account when I search by Account Name. I just want to see the call recordings laid out. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Up-leveling my talk tracks/recalling what was said in a meeting.

What do you like best? There are a lot of features that I like in Gong, but the basic ability to record, review, and search calls is outstanding. Also the ability to create snippets of calls for review or check content and note-taking for later review is hugely valuable. Integrations with email and tracking is a nice feature as well. "Very helpful to go back and listen to calls"

What do you like best? Transcript of the calls. It is a great platform. What do you dislike? Sometimes some of the calls are only one-sided. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Going back and listening to any notes I made in calls. Has fantastic benefits for improving.

What do you like best? - Intuitive UI. Have not found myself lost in the product. - Share Call - Links are great for cross company collaboration. "A good Sales Intelligence platform"

What do you like best? I like the automated transcription functionality and the ability to search within the calls. I also like the various little things that are very helpful, like the ability to make small snippets and organize them into folders and the call breakdown bar by topic of what's being discussed.
