What do you like best about Gong? Recently, one of my most loved features is the ability to give and request feedback from teammates. It's easy to share a call and they can leave their feedback with timestamps. "Simplify Your Life"

What do you like best about Gong? Gong makes building call libraries easy! When onboarding, this is beyond helpful. Before Gong I was doing this manually. With Gong, I can search on keywords, isolate snippets, and create scorecards to use in specific scenarios at specific times to capitalize on the area of focus or opportunity for any person on my team. What do you like best about Gong? Call recording, transcripts, and any comments shared on the chat are all recorded. What do you dislike about Gong? No downside. But can have a quicker sync with SFDC. What problems is Gong solving and how is that benefiting you? Notetaking, visibility on deals

What do you like best about Gong? Gong has been super helpful in our introduction & discovery calls. I feel more confident taking calls as I know Gong will be there to capture everything - and help me through my pipeline through its tracker. What do you dislike about Gong? "Onboarding & training simplified"

What do you like best about Gong? Super easy to use and great to have all previous recordings in one place. The analytics provided from those calls provide helpful insight as to how to improve and monitor performance What do you dislike about Gong? I can't think of any major problems with Gong. It can sometimes be hard to find the type of call your looking for if you don't know the account name or title of the call.
