"Best Sales Intelligence tool ever"
What do you like best about Gong? Gong has literally everything you need. My favorite feature is the live listening feature. This is super helpful for someone like myself who manages multiple team members, and constantly needs to listen on their live calls to give feedback. What do you dislike about Gong? What do you like best about Gong? Call review with transcription that can easily locate points to review in a call. Efficient and reliable. What do you dislike about Gong? What do you like best about Gong? Easy to setup and start using. Has a high ceiling for advanced use cases. Intergrates well with most popular tools. What do you dislike about Gong? If used for just the core use cases (recording calls & coaching) its a very expensive solution. What do you like best about Gong? At the beginning, I was reluctant to have my meetings recorded, but now I don't want to have a meeting without Gong. It allows to review any detail from the call that I may have missed also share it with other team members who are following the negotiation. What do you like best about Gong? The automatic recorder, the ability to easily snip my calls, share them internally and customize how long external folks can access the recording. What do you like best about Gong? I can review my conversation with my clients and improve my performance in future interactions with them. It also blocks out the names which is good for privacy. What do you like best about Gong? Recordings are clear and I always hear the calls when i have a review call, recordings are listed as per the dates which is a very good thing.
