Same here - not working, no response on messages or email. Even the email comes back. Spent money is gone.

Created an account in July using the free trial offer.. It didn't work, and I rather naively assumed it would work if I subscribed, so on August 2nd, I paid $35.99 for the subscription. It still didn't work. I tried contacting support using the email address on their website, but the email bounced (no such mailbox).. that raised concerns. Gogram is a scam

Gogram is a scam! Their software does not work with Instagram new algorithms even though they state they do and when I asked for a refund I have received no response from them! Avoid!!!!

Gogram made our work with instagram much easier. The level of automation is exceptional! We would usually spend hours on the tasks that takes minutes right now. I will advice gogram for any company that use Instagram as a marketing tool.
