What do you like best about GoFileRoom? GoFileRoom is very simple to use and is mobile friendly. I was able to access all my documents to complete the hiring process for a job. What do you like best about GoFileRoom? This software has it was used where I was assigned as an administrative assistant was amazing for scanning and indexi and filing financial documents. What do you like best about GoFileRoom? There is no chance of running out of storage because the maximum storage limit is so large. It also allows for easily accessible data across the company. Once the document is uploaded, anyone can access it from anywhere. What do you dislike about GoFileRoom? It is not mobile friendly. What do you like best about GoFileRoom? I love how I can feel 100% confident in being able to be paperless without worrying about not having a document that I need. As a company that goes through hundreds of documents a day, it is crucial that we have a perfectly organized paper trail of everything we do. What do you like best about GoFileRoom? There is a great amount of storage and it is extremely easy to search and access the database from anywhere. This includes editing documents from inside the database and uploading from outside or scanners. What do you dislike about GoFileRoom? What do you like best about GoFileRoom? I love the workflow features and the reporting. With so many workflows to manage all the time, being able to seamlessly/effortlessly pull reports is amazing. Also, the workflows and all the features that they have (information storage, etc.) it helps us keep track of our "projects" in real time. What do you dislike about GoFileRoom?
