I accidentally uploaded the wrong statement PDF for my business checking account, so I finally sent the correct one in, and they said, congratulations we approved it. The support where I asked how to deliver the new one, said, we can confirm your account has been FULLY Verified now, you can start using it for payments. So I sent it to 2 clients who were using STRIPE and wanted to update to ACH, and they did, one paid $9.95 for the next month of hosting their website, and the other paid ...

Great support: friendly, understanding and patient. Great platform to set-up Direct Debits for my clients' subscription payments and receive pay-outs seamlessly. So far all good, I'm very happy with the platform and service!

Back office support is great

Very happy with the user friendly system. Had a problem with a missing reconciliation (my own fault) Emailed the helpline and they sorted everything straight away. Great back up support
