Very Helpful Support Team Member

Had an issue and query with a client who had paid an invoice through Gocardless and also by bank transfer. Adolfs in the Gocardless support team was very helpful in checking all the information and customer record and advising me on the process for setting up a refund

Resolved in minutes and great attitude

I had an issue with my Gocardless account. I spoke with Adolfs, he was supper nice, polite and patient. He resolved my issue straight away.

I had over 120 happy customers

I had over 120 regular customers to transfer and it's been a fairly straightforward process. No fees for 90 days, which was a great incentive, plus we've picked up an extra 30 days free since then. I have learned how to set up bulk payment requests for tickets and merchandise and with new customers I can send them a link to join the appropriate monthly subscription directly, so it's becoming more automated. Saving a fortune on our previous subscription site fees

Not clear on timescales for pay outs

Not clear on timescales for pay outs. Was told it would be 4 working days for the customer authorisation from the 1st of March then a further 2 working days for payment to clear so payout made on the 12th(today) however called today and was told itl be a further 2 days. This is my money you have!!

I was wrongly charged by them

I was wrongly charged by them, for a company called Broadbiz. Scammers! Never set up (or accept) a direct debit with them.
