They used to be good but now they are…

They used to be good but now they are so focused on new customers they dont care about providing a good customer experience for their existing ones. When trying to take payments using their website a popoup box asking you to refer a friend gets in your way every single time you press enter to move onto the next customer. Listen to and look after your existing customers!! We will be moving to an alternative if it doesnt stop.

After a surprise account closure

After a surprise account closure, gocardless cannot refund my customer and keep the money. Instead of managing my business, I have to ask my customers to make chargebacks. 1 470 euros that gocardless freeze and keep. They have no problem keeping the money which is not theirs and try to make everything they can to make the refund process harder to keep my business money. Avoid at any cost. disgusting experience with this…

disgusting experience with this company, account closed automatically by surprise and for no reason, I'm still waiting for their refund or even reply (they stopped answering when they receive the funds and it's one week that they don't reply) and that they don't give any information about the refund of my customer. There are faaaar better on the market.
