Australian victims can fight back * No PDS (Product Disclosure Statement). * Not visible on AUSTRAC's register. * Refuses to give contact details of their compliance officer. * Takes money without authorisation (some would interpret this as theft). * 'Office' is a virtual office / coworking space. (Receptionist has never heard of GoCardless) Australian victims are encouraged to escalate to AFCA and notify ASIC for future enforcement action.

Real people handle customer queries

I am a new customer to Gocardless and I'm very impressed with the level of customer support. Many online institutions have chatbots which take you round in circles when you just want a simple answer. Gocardless have real people responding to queries quickly and efficiently. I think it's important to know that you can get the help, when you need it.

Really great service from GoCardless

Really great service from GoCardless, and the customer support is excellent when I have had queries. So many software companies palm you off with answers that aren't accurate, GoCardless sort the issue first time without delay. It integrates fully with our accounting systems and is very easy to use :)

ZERO STAR REVIEW

It is the worst company I have ever dealt with, They hold your money for 7 days and will close your account without giving a single day's notice when it comes to deactivating your account. This company needs to be sued, I should've read the reviews before I signed up.

This company is incompetent

This company is incompetent. They are all very nice people and you get a response to issues quickly but the confusion is not worth the hassle. For example, I email the general email, Tabby replies, Then JC replies so I reply to JC, then I get an email from Tabby to say they haven't heard from me and are going to close down the issue, even though the issue isn't resolved because JC is looking at it. But in the meantime, Marie replies to the first query that was sent to Tabby. Then JC emails ...

When in doubt speak to Liam!!

Liam Burt, what can i say... I am so use to dealing with companies that just say they cannot help when their software does not offer a reporting functionality that you require. However Liam showed me a very clever, quick & easy work around that offered me the results i needed! Could not be happier Liam is a star! Someone should give this man a raise! 10/10 customer service!

A great experience with GoCardless so far and always very helpful support-team
