As a new customer of GoCardless
As a new customer of GoCardless, I can't fault them. They are always happy to help & explain. They give you access to full training videos of their system, which is great. Very quick to get us up and running with this payment method. Tom in sales has been extremely patient, Izzy is great and happy to go through any training/systems, and Aashil (Support team) Getting things done. GoCardless is a fantastic product, So is the support.
GoCardless is a fantastic product, As is the Support you receive when something needs investigating. Kit helped me recently on a high priority issue and it was pinpointed to an issue our end not GoCardless. It was identified quickly and we were able to resolve the problem easily. Great comms and easy to raise a ticket. Thanks for making it easy.

They hold money after banning your account for months and refuse to co-operate with your bank - AVOID AT ALL COSTS (customer service is useless)

Go Cardless - great service
I used Go Cardless to collect Direct Debit payments. It is a very user-friendly package and the support staff are great, especially Kobiha Sriharan (very patient with me!). They help you immediately and don't leave you to battle on your own. Great service, great product, highly recommended.

Great customer support from GoCardless customer services, prompt response and helpful staff. Excellent service.

GoCardless is onboarding scam websites
GoCardless is a payment merchant for pleedex.com who are taking peoples money but not sending the item. GoCardless claim they’re unable to refund the money that has been stolen for me however you processed the funds so I find it hard to believe you’re unable to help. I’ve provided numerous evidence that the company is a scam, it’s been reported to action fraud and still you continue to take peoples money for this scam website. Will never trust a website using GoCardless again.
