Great app - with a few minor issues
What do you like best? This makes it easy for field technicians to get paperwork in immediately without the hassle of keeping up with a bunch of paperwork. What do you like best? Pictures, GPS and ability to have conditional fields. Apps work great on portable devices like smart phones. Data can be collected and monitored near real time. Canvas customer service and app has provided a very good experience.
What do you like best? Customer service was excellent. The implementation was very easy. What do you dislike? There's not much I dislike. Sometimes the app has a glitch. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Using the Canvas Business App has eliminated paper timesheets and we receive the timesheets in a much more timely manner.

Intuitive, easy to use and reliable
What do you like best? We have implemented several canvas apps across our department allowing us to accurately capture data and produce reports where previously this information would be lost to all. Canvas's API has allowed us to push notification information to users quickly and reliably. What do you dislike? Smart, Saavy, Scalable
What do you like best? I love the flexibility of Canvas. The dependencies that it allows you to build into your forms/apps is perfect for our business. It allows us to create content-rich forms that are focused on ease of use. Scalability is another amazing facet of Canvas. Too expensive to add users
What do you like best? Helps keep track of job information for construction sites. What do you dislike? Cost to add a user to allow access to apps within a paid account is too high. What do you like best? So easy to use, from start to finish. Programming new apps, setting up all the parameters, end-user experience. What do you dislike? It could use a preview, prior to signature.
