What do you like best? The freedom to create products that are specific to my needs. The tools are easy to use and give me the ability to create almost anything. I cant say enough wonderful things about support. They generally respond within the hour and never stop until I have an answer or resolution. What do you like best? GoCanvas has a easy user interface to build custom applications that has allowed us to provide better customer service and save the company money. Easy to build, easy to deploy, easy to manage. What do you dislike? Recent upgrades to time stamps made it less user friendly What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Freight Claims, Customer claiming they didn't receive items.
