G Minutes is a meeting management application that includes three basic functions: It facilitates the preparation of all those who attend, it enables those who will run the meeting to keep on track, and it captures the decisions made. Upon return from a meeting, G Minutes allows the chairperson to create a permanent record of all agreed upon actions and decisions, which can be viewed at a later date by attendees.
