What do you like best? The most helpful part about Gmelius is the organization piece and the autonomy behind it. What do you dislike? The downside of Gmelius is that there is very little customization when it comes to adding additional steps to tasks and the analytics aren't clear. What do you like best? Whenever I send marketing emails, I used to make a note to follow-up in 5/7/10 days, etc. Now I just set Gmelius on it, and it does it for me. What do you dislike? Streamlined and Effective

What do you like best? Most software like this has a complicated user interface, with Gmeluis everything is where it should be and quite simple to use. Their customer service is excellent, there is always someone willing to jump on a call to help guide you through everything, and suggestions are taken into consideration and actioned. What do you like best? I use sequence and snooze daily. This 2 features has made sending email and following up with prospect easy. The campaign feature made it easy to send a personalized email to multiple recipient. My favorite is the assign button - with one click, I get to access the whole conversation of an email thread. What do you like best? Gmelius has many useful features. I particularly like the email sequences and the email tracking functions. Gmelius are also very good at providing support. Automation that doesn't suck.

What do you dislike? The only problem with Gmelius is the lag issue. Sometimes it takes 8-10 seconds to load up the dashboard. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Instead of having to spend time on using excel/or manually remembering who to follow-up with, Gmelius takes care of everything.

Great App some kinks

What do you like best? i love that you can assign tasks between co workers. its a great way to be able to see what we all have on the go. The functionality of the the snoozing feature and scheduling emails.
