Simple to use with great collaborative features
What do you like best? The very very easy to pull up email templates (just start writing the hashtag you saved it under in the subject line) bulk email campaigns are beneficial. I also like the team email delegation and collaborative kanban board. The activity sidebar offers a snapshot of recent activity and an option to add private notes. Great potential!
What do you like best? All the potential Gmelius has to offer. We are a team of 4 and we have been testing it for a couple of months now. At first, we were attracted by the shared email box and the "assigned" functions. We are still getting used to the side bar with the live feed, notes and dashboard. What do you dislike? Shared email templates, Shared In Boxes, Campaigns, Trickle sequences and more.
What do you like best? I like the fact that so many features are built in to one app. Features are well thought-out and new ones are always being added. Somehow Gmelius does not feel cluttered or bloated though. It works the way I work. What do you dislike? I do like the Shared Labels feature but am unable to use it. An Around the Clock Gmail Manager
What do you like best? My assistant basically delegates to Gmelius. She tells gmelius when she wants emails to be sent, what she wants them to say (which takes seconds thanks to templates) and how many emails to sent. Gmelius also gives us statistics that allow us to quickly and accurately gauge and optimize our efforts. What do you dislike? I can't think of a bad thing to say about my experience with Gmelius. User friendly and compatible!
What do you like best? I love that capability of sharing files with other users. I really like knowing when my email was received and read. I really enjoy using Gmelius. What do you dislike? I haven't found anything I dislike except that I wasn''t able to purchase the software. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Sharing files between team members.

What do you like best? The mail tracking service is definitely the most useful Gmelius tool, although the email templates and task management tools are also great! What do you dislike? Sometimes the mail tracker glitches and shows that someone has read the email when I open the email myself. I like the insights best for customers who don't actively engage with you, you have the ability to be able to monitoring how often they read your emails and engage with links etc... Rough start but better now that I am understanding features better
What do you like best? Ticketing systems - assigning emails to coworkers What do you dislike? Sometimes features don't work from one day to the next. Some features disappear. The cost is way to high now. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? task assigning and completion. Making sure no emails get missed by clients.
