What do you like best? Templates can be saved after the email has been written and are very easy to populate. The bulk email campaigns can be sent individually or tied with a follow-up sequence. Great tool that works for teams to manage email
What do you like best? We love the ability to have centrally managed auto-responses that our team can manage and use as a team. Along with this the ability to track emails has helped with our ability to be more responsive to our client's needs. What do you like best? Boards! We initially wanted Kanban Boards for Gmail to keep organised and so many of the tools we found just weren't good enough or integrated as tightly with other services we also required. Gmelius to keep processes flowing
What do you like best? Email templates, sequences, campaigns, tracking read emails, integration with our company emails, monitoring our sales efforts and creating a pipeline What do you dislike? Nothing I dislike but would love Gmelius to send out weekly emails on how to use certain functionality. I think we are not using the software to its maximum. Great email tracking software
What do you like best? The Sequences function is convenient, user friendly with a click of a button and scheduling emails is something I use a lot. Very good product ok support
What do you like best? Pricing is good for what it does and it does a lot. What do you dislike? Support is barely available during US business hours. Recommendations to others considering the product: It's best for automated followups, so you need to have a plan for them. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Tracking emails and automating communication.

What do you like best? I love how you can create custom sequences and how you can reuse campaigns! What do you dislike? Not being able to attach pdf's jpg's to the emails and embedding them instead What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? What do you like best? Templates , Sequences, and Reports in the same place are a big help for efficiency. I appreciate how easy it is to add new sequences and add links and pictures. What do you dislike? Being able to see a calendar and place my emails to be sent out on specific days + times would be amazing.
