Great tool for Gmail users, with a few quirks

What do you like best? Gmelius is a great tool for small businesses and entrepreneurs who are already integrated with the Gsuite eco-system. We switched from Zendesk to Gmelius for our business when we needed to add new agents as it made training them much easier. What do you like best? Gmelius adds a clear dashboard to gmail making tracking of opens very simple and clear to see. What do you dislike? Reporting can be basic when viewing team performance. Gmail, but more efficient

What do you like best? The feature I like best is the ability to assign emails to colleagues, and that then they appear in the "Mine" section. and you´re able to have a control of what´s still pending and what´s already done/closed. I also like to create sequences since that help you eliminate the hassle of repetitive tasks, and you can automate emails,, you know, that one email that you have to send every single day and it is the SAME. just automate it. An Amazing Google Add-on

What do you like best? This is truly a really awesome collaborative inbox app. As our company runs on Google, this apps works perfectly for our support department. What do you dislike? Helpful tool for managing team workflow

What do you like best? Being able to assign tasks to colleagues and share information via notes alongside the email - no more forwarding long email chains! What do you dislike? takes a bit of getting used to at first and can be a bit confusing but the support team are really helpful and quick to respond via the chatbot. What do you like best? Templates, rule based automation, email tracking, reminders at times of my choosing. What do you dislike? Nothing really, other than the fact that, when I click on a message I am tracking, the dashboard will falsely indicate my correspondent just openend the message. Great shared inbox and more that transforms Gmail in to powerful business tool

What do you like best? We never miss what we have to do and everything is done on time. What do you dislike? Don't have customer feedback functionality. Recommendations to others considering the product: For shared inbox functionality for me best solution. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Workload is controlled and distributed evenly. We have clear insight in all emails what improved our customer support.

Almost everything a business needs to boost email communication

What do you like best? My best and initial feature that brought me to Gmelius was templates. I save a ton of time by not having to copy-paste from saved texts that I used before. All templates are organized in folders, and the names are automatically plugged in. My second most appreciated and used feature was Sequences to automate all those follow-ups to potential clients.
