"Gmelius makes Emails and Follow-ups so much easier!"
What do you like best about Gmelius? Gmelius makes Gmail so much better! I love the sequence feature, which allows me to send follow-ups automatically, and I can set the conditions which need to be matched to do so. To keep up with follow-ups was my biggest pain before and thanks to Gmelius, it's now all gone! Also the templates which can contain placeholders make my work so much easier! Their support is friendly, fast, and always helpful!

"Using Gmelius for a Second Time"
What do you like best about Gmelius? I like the ability to know when another agent is looking at or responding to a ticket. The auto-assign features are also incredibly efficient in ensuring each agent has the right amount of access to handle without feeling overwhelmed.

What do you like best about Gmelius? I love the custom email sequence that can be triggered from inside Gmail when replying to an incoming lead (for example, you answer their question and trigger a follow up sequence in case there's no reply within x days)
