I have had my gmail account for many years. I would log on several times each day and never had a problem. In the last couple of weeks, I have been locked out of logging on. I put in my gmail address and am greeted with my name but my password no longer works. Password reset does not work, the Recovery process does not work, there has been no response to the email provided, and when I called the number given I was on hold for 30 min and finally hung up. Endlessly nagging

Endlessly nagging for me to switch to Chrome on my ipad. I won't but that doesn't Google wasting my time with popups every week

Seriously disappointed

Seriously disappointed. You're still letting my free service (Gmail) hindering me from getting onto my paid service (Hostinger). All you're techs seems to do is reset my 30 days. So why is it I include a email as part of my authentication? Oh the best part is I love how I get told your supervisors will call me within 2 hours. 5 hours later I miss their phone call but 4,5 hrs after that I get their email. You folks need to find a way to compensate me for my lost time And access to my webpage ...

I've used gmail for more than 10 years…

I've used gmail for more than 10 years and am happy about,also the sync between mobile and PC. As I label all my business transactions, I would however like to have better handling of labels- Especially be able to search within labels and have an option to regret a change, and maybe have a backup I could restore after making mistakes in both labels and mails. And better delete handling, instead of only 100 at a time

I have a gmail account with an US address and i buy a valid google play card (digital delivery through amazon) also in the US. To my surprise i get the error that google cannot redeem the card because its not in the correct country. After contacting support they said they will help and contact me in 24 hours. Locked out of two important accounts I used since Gmail started. There is no where I can find support. Unfortunately, I'll have to look into a more trustworthy provider due to the damages being too high of losing data, contacts and accounts elsewhere. Takes weeks to e-mail/call all companies to change my mail if I lost passwords. I hope Google will get karma on how they carelessly treated users and will lose the war with AI search engine.
