Locked out of account because I dont…

Locked out of account because I dont have access to an OLD phone number which is ridiculous. I am using the same browser I always do AND I have my password correct. I will not be using gmail again because if there is no way to access my account whenever they decide to lock me out then its completely unreliable and not fit for purpose.

Google used to be so freeing and easy to use. I’ve tried signing up for a new email account for a while now and every time I do, I get locked out and even with my Face ID, password and number, and number codes it won’t let me back into my email, even though it’s me using my account! And their new number verification system is so frustrating. You can only get so far and then you get to the last part, and it says you have used your number one too many times, so you can’t get a new or old ...

What the actual... The bridge learning software isn't a friggin virus. Luckily I have an Outlook account, from which I could send this to my father. I guess it isn't only searching that is getting better with Microsoft these days. The overall quality of Google products is in a significant decline.

There is nothing lower than 1 star

There is nothing lower than 1 star! Gmail is a typical bait and switch service. My storage was 89% full for a while, and so I went ahead and deleted 5k + old emails. The very next day storage was 96% full and I am being forced to buy additional storage. They back up everything, fill up your storage and make you buy additional storage. Disgusted.

Deleted all emails

Recently all my emails have been deleted. Literally any emails older than a couple of weeks have disappeared from my account so I no longer have access to any sent emails and have lost very important emails from utility companies, banks, work, pet insurance, holiday bookings, ticket bookings, car insurance and warranty etc. Google make it impossible to find a live chat support, and all their online help articles suggest ridiculous solutions like “check the bin” and other ...

Promoting Ad’s of company’s that are environmental terrorists

I have been using Gmail since inception (or as close to it as possible) and have never had a complaint about them. However for the last month I have been begging them to stop showing me Temu ad’s in my GMail app and this just keeps on re appearing. I have had it, perhaps the company’s fresh policy on poor customer service is exactly why people are moving to bing. It’s terrible to think that Microsoft will soon have everything but Alfabet has honestly stopped trying.
